2025 THE EVERYTHING 4-Hour Year Immersive Intensive

To help make this year even more memorable than ever, let’s come together for an immersive 4-hour yoga workshop with our Guru Manoj Kaimal. Expect an immersive and inclusive practice! The first two hours will be hip-centric where bodies will be guided into the land of BBs (backbends), splits (front, side, middle) and FBH (foot behind head) variations. The latter 2 hours will be strength based; think arm balances, handstand, etc. This 4-hour experience will be suitable for practitioners of all levels.
